November 2023 Update
We welcome everyone to our hospital! Please note that we are currently booking about 6 weeks in advance for our wellness appointments. As always, we will do our best to get you in for sick appointments but at times that just is not possible. If we are unable to see your pet please note that Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospitals now has 2 locations! They are still located on Greenfield Road in South Deerfield but also now have a brand new location on Capital Drive in West Springfield. Integrity Veterinary Center in Northampton as well as the Veterinary Specialty Center in Sturbridge both offer urgent care appointments. Integrity and Sturbridge both require that you call for an urgent care appointment, and it is always recommended to call the ER hospitals in advance to inquire about wait times. Please know that urgent care and emergency hospitals can be quite busy, as are most local veterinarians. Please be patient and understanding with us and with them, and always lead with kindness. We promise that everyone has the best interest of your pet in mind.
